This week is volunteer appreciation week! We are so grateful for the awesome volunteer board members that are apart of Moms Against Racism.
Today's spotlight "Nikita Marsh" who serves as our Advisory Board President
She is "MOM" to three boys and resides in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Kita is a member of a Charlotte, NC DEI work group and has 18 years experience in health and human service administration and organizational leadership. She is currently an adjunct professor at Winthrop University and has lectured at Columbia University on social work and management systems. And currently works in the banking field as a project engineer.
Ms. Marsh earned her masters of social work degree and bachelor of science degree in psychology from Winthrop University.
As a MAR board member she works closely with the leadership team to ensure that the MAR strategic plan is the leading force to sustaining the organization in the USA. She garners her organizational leadership background to advise MAR leaders on program implementation and development.
Thank you Kita for the great work that you do everyday to lead MAR members all over the world in prioritizing their anti-racism journey by
"Doing the Work. Starting at Home".
